Implementing a green field operator allowed Canvas, a comprehensive Digital BSS platform, to provide an extremely flexible customer experience across all touchpoints. The consolidated, consistent, optimized user interface design for the sales engine significantly reduced training times while it increased operational efficiency. With the confederated unified commercial product catalog, new products were launched to include new bundles, promotions, and discounts, along with a significant reduction in downtime. This was the result of deploying the system with 19 cloud-based modules and over 11 lines of business, installed in just 14 weeks, with a high-scale setup for Millions of subscribers.
