I miss the delicious Kannadiga dishes my roommate cooked in Bangalore—the taste and texture especially. Thanks to YouTube, I’ve been recreating Karnataka cuisines at home. These days, my go-to comfort foods are plain khichdi and bisi bele bhath.
How do you manage distractions during the day? Is it a challenge for you?
In 2020, remote work became a reality, so I started working from my home in Kerala. It is possible, however, to get distracted easily while at home in many different ways. The very first thing I did was to create a dedicated and quiet working space to help keep me focused and productive on my daily tasks.
What is your favourite way to unwind? How do you like to spend your "me time"?
The weekends are when you'll find me with my nose buried in a kindle. The goodreads reading challenge is something I enjoy doing each year as I am an avid reader. Using an ultra-wide monitor plus iPad and laptop screens simultaneously, I create a powerful multi-display setup. This setup displays four key applications for better coverage and seamless parallel work. Multitasking becomes effortless, and overall efficiency improves significantly.
