What's your most ambitious goal this quarter?
My quarterly goal is conducting 40-50 detailed customer sessions to maximize our product's potential. These engagements will help close substantial deals and drive strong revenue growth. Achieving this customer-focused target would make the quarter a success.
What does an ideal, productive workday look like to you?
My day starts with marketing, then moves to presales tasks like RFPs and demos. Afternoons focus on product research and concept refinement with the team. Evenings are dedicated to supporting sales in customer engagements and presentations.

Work hard to make things happen - explain first, then take ownership if needed. Guide others when possible, but step in to get things done yourself when necessary. This hands-on approach ensures progress and results every time.

Seeing outcomes—big or small—fuels my motivation. Exploring and applying new strategies keeps me engaged. Ownership and collaborative problem-solving drive my enthusiasm.

What works well in a hybrid for you?
I work hybrid - coding in office afternoons and taking morning calls from home. This schedule lets me spend time with my daughter while completing all work. The balance between office and personal life is perfect in this arrangement.
What is the most exciting part of your job?
Developing SIP protocol under Nagarajan Sir excites me most.I love implementing new market features without references. Creating something entirely new makes my job thrilling.
What is your Success Mantra?
I break every new task into smaller, manageable parts. My daily goal is completing a few of these smaller tasks. This systematic approach has never failed me.
Morning energy or night focus? Your preference?
Early riser—I check emails at 8 AM to plan. Late-night work clashes with my routine and feels more draining than morning productivity.

Yes - Early rising is good for health as well as it keeps you whole day active/energetic. It allows me to plan the day properly.

What is one professional skill you're currently working on?
Currently focused on building my reputation as a skilled AWS cloud professional. Consequently, I have proactively enrolled in comprehensive classes for the AWS Solutions Architect certification to deepen my expertise and advance my career.
What is your comfort food? Do you know how to make it?
I miss the delicious Kannadiga dishes my roommate cooked in Bangalore—the taste and texture especially. Thanks to YouTube, I’ve been recreating Karnataka cuisines at home. These days, my go-to comfort foods are plain khichdi and bisi bele bhath.
How do you manage distractions during the day? Is it a challenge for you?
In 2020, remote work became a reality, so I started working from my home in Kerala. It is possible, however, to get distracted easily while at home in many different ways. The very first thing I did was to create a dedicated and quiet working space to help keep me focused and productive on my daily tasks.
What is your favourite way to unwind? How do you like to spend your "me time"?
The weekends are when you'll find me with my nose buried in a kindle. The goodreads reading challenge is something I enjoy doing each year as I am an avid reader. For any fellow readers out there, it is impossible to go wrong with any books from Sarah J Maas or with Katherine Arden's The Winternight Trilogy

What do you like about hybrid work mode?
Office time often gets consumed by chats and breaks, reducing actual work. While WFH boosts productivity with fewer distractions, it lacks human interaction. I balance both by going to the office when calls are fewer, which works perfectly.
What is your most-used productivity hack?
Using an ultra-wide monitor plus iPad and laptop screens simultaneously, I create a powerful multi-display setup. This setup displays four key applications for better coverage and seamless parallel work. Multitasking becomes effortless, and overall efficiency improves significantly.
