Implementing an MVNE platform allowed Canvas, a multi-play Digital BSS platform, to provide an enhanced customer experience. The consolidated, consistent, optimized user interface design for the sales engine significantly reduced training times while it increased operational efficiency. With the confederated unified commercial product catalog and prepaid platform, new digital services were launched which were horizontally scaled in no time, and customer onboarding was increased by 50%. This was the result of deploying the system within 14-16 weeks and the subscriber base was scaled up to 2.5 Mn.
