What do you like about hybrid work mode?
Office time often gets consumed by chats and breaks, reducing actual work. While WFH boosts productivity with fewer distractions, it lacks human interaction. I balance both by going to the office when calls are fewer, which works perfectly.

What's something you're eager to try?
Every day presents new learning and growth opportunities. I aim to apply improved processes in regular tasks wherever possible. Exploring these methods more deeply remains an ongoing goal.

What's your most ambitious goal this quarter?

My quarterly goal is conducting 40-50 detailed customer sessions to maximize our product's potential. These engagements will help close substantial deals and drive strong revenue growth. Achieving this customer-focused target would make the quarter a success.

A good day begins with a quick review of key tasks and bottlenecks.
Mornings are for focused work—resolving issues, planning next steps, and aligning with goals.
Afternoons go into collaboration—guiding teams, solving challenges, and pushing strategic priorities forward.

What works well in a hybrid for you?
I work hybrid - coding in office afternoons and taking morning calls from home. This schedule lets me spend time with my daughter while completing all work. The balance between office and personal life is perfect in this arrangement.

Currently focused on building my reputation as a skilled AWS cloud professional. Consequently, I have proactively enrolled in comprehensive classes for the AWS Solutions Architect certification to deepen my expertise and advance my career.
