Our Endorsement of International Frameworks

To strengthen our ethical foundation, we align our policies and practices with globally recognized initiatives that promote responsible business behaviour and uphold the highest standards of conduct. Specifically, we endorse the principles and guidelines of the following
frameworks:

The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), particularly its 10th Principle on anti- corruption.
The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, which promote responsible business conduct in areas such as anti-bribery, competition, and transparency.
The World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI), which advances the fight against bribery and corruption globally.

By aligning with these initiatives, we reaffirm our stance against corruption, anti-competitive practices, and unethical behaviour. This alignment also reinforces our internal policies, including our Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy, and Whistleblower Protection Policy.

We regularly review and update our practices to ensure ongoing alignment with these frameworks and expect the same level of commitment from our employees, vendors, and business partners.
