Office time often gets consumed by chats and breaks, reducing actual work. While WFH boosts productivity with fewer distractions, it lacks human interaction. I balance both by going to the office when calls are fewer, which works perfectly.
What is your most-used productivity hack?
Using an ultra-wide monitor plus iPad and laptop screens simultaneously, I create a powerful multi-display setup. This setup displays four key applications for better coverage and seamless parallel work. Multitasking becomes effortless, and overall efficiency improves significantly.

I work hybrid - coding in office afternoons and taking morning calls from home. This schedule lets me spend time with my daughter while completing all work. The balance between office and personal life is perfect in this arrangement.
What is the most exciting part of your job?
Developing SIP protocol under Nagarajan Sir excites me most.I love implementing new market features without references. Creating something entirely new makes my job thrilling.

I break every new task into smaller, manageable parts. My daily goal is completing a few of these smaller tasks. This systematic approach has never failed me.

I miss the delicious Kannadiga dishes my roommate cooked in Bangalore—the taste and texture especially. Thanks to YouTube, I’ve been recreating Karnataka cuisines at home. These days, my go-to comfort foods are plain khichdi and bisi bele bhath.
How do you manage distractions during the day? Is it a challenge for you?
In 2020, remote work became a reality, so I started working from my home in Kerala. It is possible, however, to get distracted easily while at home in many different ways. The very first thing I did was to create a dedicated and quiet working space to help keep me focused and productive on my daily tasks.
What is your favourite way to unwind? How do you like to spend your "me time"?
The weekends are when you'll find me with my nose buried in a kindle. The goodreads reading challenge is something I enjoy doing each year as I am an avid reader. For any fellow readers out there, it is impossible to go wrong with any books from Sarah J Maas or with Katherine Arden's The Winternight Trilogy
